no play on Sunday due to Hurricane Henri touching the New York area. So play recommences on Monday, when more rain is expected. Therefore the course should be soft and like a dart board. Wind may play a part but scores may well go low.
The lead is at 16 under par. Cam Smith, who carded a 60 on Saturday, and world number one Jon Rahm share the lead currently. One stroke behind them is Eric Van Rooyen, who carded a 62 in the third round. Two strokes off the pace are the two iffy putters Justin Thomas and Tony Finau. At 13 under par are Shane Lowry, Viktor Hovland and Tom Hoge. Another stroke back are Corey Conners and Harold Varner. It will be difficult for anyone further back to get involved but if they shoot low 60’s who knows?
We do have an in play selection and it is detailed below.
Good luck Martin
