Review blog for the Cazoo Open de France and The Presidents Cup.

Hello,
I am flying back to the UK on Wednesday and so normal service will be resumed from Thursday.
We made a profit of 9 points at the Open de France as Marcel Schneider achieved a full top twenty finish for us. That gained us 15 points. We lost six points on our outright selections of Adrian Otaegui, Thorbjorn Olesen and Antoine Rozner. Otaegui finished tied 13th. He had a chance of a place going into Sunday but had a very average final round. Thorbjorn Olesen completed all four rounds but was never contending. Antoine Rozner was very disappointing in the final round, carding a 74 when right up there. Guido Migliozzi won the tournament after carding a final round 62 to win by one stroke. Nothing succeeds more than a final round 62!
In The Presidents Cup we made a loss of just 0.2 points. We had a full place with Justin Thomas at 7/1 and 2/5 of a place from Adam Scott, also at 7/1 (-2+1-2+2.8). A fairly easy win for the U.S. team 17.5 to 12.5 points. No real hassle for them after getting off to a winning start on day one and consolidating it on day two. A cruise afterwards.
So, an overall profit on the week of 8.8 points!
I will be back later in the week with this week’s selections.
Good luck Martin
